ABOUT THE TASK AND WHAT YOU'LL BE A PART OF

We are looking for a volunteer festival co-creator to join Gloria’s construction crew in the days before and after the music program. We are especially looking for someone with hands-on construction experience, for example a carpenter—you don’t need to be formally trained.

Our extended work team handles a variety of tasks, such as:

  • Helping dismantle the stage
  • Blacking out the stage area
  • Covering the stage space with molton fabric
  • Operating lifts and other machinery
  • Assisting with setup and teardown of sound and lighting
  • Working at heights
  • Carpentry tasks
  • Painting tasks

You will primarily work on carpentry-related tasks, such as building our light locks, constructing coverings for ventilation, etc. These are physical tasks, and you will be active most of the time—so you’ll sleep well at night. The days can be long, as the stage must be ready on time, and we continue until the job is done (within reasonable limits).

The construction crew works from June 25 (afternoon) to July 1 (morning), as well as July 5–6 for teardown.

ABOUT THE TASK AND WHAT YOU'LL BE A PART OF

Are you ready to make Roskilde Festival even better? We are looking for volunteer service hosts (camping hosts) for two unique camping areas:

  • M – Rent Your Tent: where tents are already set up – guests just need to move in
  • L – Get a Place: a reserved camping area where guests can secure a spot until Sunday, June 28 at 16:00

As part of our team, you will play an important role in creating a safe, cozy, and unforgettable festival experience. You’ll be there to help guests, create a great atmosphere, and ensure that everyone has an amazing festival. We provide all the support you need—your manager and supervisor will always be ready to guide you during your shifts.

The shifts consist of 4 x 8 hours, including at least one night shift and one shift during the main music days. In return, you receive: a full festival ticket, 4 meal vouchers, access to Volunteer Village, the option to camp in Volunteer Camping, and more.

You don’t need experience—just a smile and a willingness to help! We are an international team, so it’s an advantage if you understand English. During shifts, you will be standing and walking around a lot, so it’s helpful if you enjoy being active. The only requirements are that you are 18+ and ready to help create a fantastic experience for others.

In addition to the great benefits the festival offers volunteers, you will become part of an amazing community. We coordinate camping together, find time for concerts and experiences, and most importantly: we wait to release shifts until the music lineup is announced, so you can get the most out of your festival! Coming with a group of friends? No problem—we release shifts on a first-come, first-served basis, and there are plenty of opportunities to take shifts together.

ACCESSIBILITY

Our team offers following accessibility

  • Tasks that are not physically demanding
  • Tasks that take place without loud noise or high music levels

ABOUT THE TASK AND WHAT YOU'LL BE A PART OF

Do you want to sell cool merchandise for Roskilde Festival’s amazing artists while listening to them perform on the Orange Stage? Then sign up as a volunteer in Artist Merchandise.

Your shift package will consist of two 10-hour shifts, a mandatory information meeting on Monday, June 29, and packing down on Sunday, July 5 – a total of 24 hours.

The shifts are mainly scheduled from Wednesday to Saturday during the music days, typically between 10:00 and 02:00.

ABOUT US

We are a team of around 30 volunteers who help artists sell their merchandise during the music days. Our main task is sales, but shifts may also include preparing the shop and packing down merchandise after the festival. We are also looking for shift supervisors who can keep the overall overview when the shop is open.

We share a tent with Roskilde Festival’s own merchandise team – right next to the Orange Stage – so there will be plenty of opportunities to dance to the biggest bangers while handing hoodies and T-shirts across the counter.

ABOUT US

GORMs has become a regular fixture at Roskilde Festival with their popular pizzas, often located in the camping area and other spots across the festival grounds, serving thousands of guests. You’ll be part of the ultimate pizza dream team. With great vibes, laughter, and good times, we serve thousands of crispy pizzas over the counter to happy food lovers. And just like a quality tomato sauce, it’s all made with love. The same goes for our pizza team — we don’t hold back on the good vibes.

BJØRN & DELFINO made their festival debut last year. The food is honest and simple, the ingredients uncompromising in quality, with a focus on Danish suppliers and organic produce. You’ll jump straight into a high-energy pasta team where the pace is fast, the mood even higher — and the pans never stop sizzling. We juggle sauces, boil pasta, and serve hot portions to festival guests. It all works because we do it together. There’s always room for laughter in the middle of the rush and quick high-fives.

CHE TIPO is new on the food scene and is based on Elmegade in Nørrebro. Since opening in summer 2025, Che Tipo has quickly become a local favorite — praised by both guests and critics for its original and playful approach. The pizza slices have strong personalities, feature the best seasonal ingredients, and include unconventional toppings. You’ll be part of a strong team of great guys and girls — several with roots in Italy. Italians are known for speaking from the heart, so there’s plenty of opportunity to learn some Italian lingo while the pizza slices are prepared. Good energy is essential in a kitchen — and this one is no exception!

Volunteering at Volt is unlike anywhere else. We connect people and enhance the festival experience by providing festival services that eliminate worries about running out of power and warm beer.

Our volunteers are at the heart of everything we do and we value our awesome team immensely. That's why we always do our best to create a fun, inclusive and community-filled experience that keeps people coming back year after year. But we need more volunteers - and that's where you come in!

Your task as a volunteer would be:

  • Spread good vibes and provide great service
  • Swap Volt Chargers
  • Swapping Soundbox batteries
  • Assisting with lockers and cool lockers
  • Enjoy it and have fun

We serve thousands of customers, so you need to be service-minded and love chatting with happy drunk festival goers.

ACCESSIBILITY

Our team offers following accessibility

  • Our team offers a community without alcoholic beverages in our back area.

ABOUT US

Volt is a community of festival lovers and many return to Volt year after year to share the festival feeling, create experiences and meet festival friends from all over the country.

Our concept is simple: Customers who have rented one of our many services will be able to pick it up at one of our containers, exchange it according to the agreement before returning it at the end of the festival. If the service requires a deposit, this will be refunded when the product is returned.

ABOUT THE TASK AND WHAT YOU'LL BE A PART OF

We are a football club from Valby that collects deposit bottles and cans gathered by others. We then sort the deposits into various categories and make sure they are returned properly in an environmentally friendly way. It can be a messy job, but we always strive to make sure everyone feels good and has a positive experience.

As a volunteer with us, you’ll have two shifts before the music starts and two shifts during the music. We’re usually very good at planning the schedule so that you can see the concerts you want to. :)

We have a great backstage area where our volunteers can take breaks and relax together. We provide food and drinks during your shifts.

We hope you’ll join us as part of this amazing team and help make a positive difference for the environment at the same time.

ACCESSIBILITY

Our team offers following accessibility

  • The area is accessible for wheelchair users and others with reduced mobility.
  • We offer tasks that can be performed by people with hearing impairments.
  • We offer tasks that don’t require speaking.
  • We offer tasks that don’t require reading or writing.
  • We offer tasks with limited contact with festival guests.

ABOUT US

We are a football club called Fremad Valby, and the volunteer work in our deposit booth at the festival helps us improve the everyday experience for our many members.

We think our booth is pretty awesome, filled with great people. If you’re ready to give it your all during your shift, you’ll be met with smiles, good vibes, and the chance to meet other amazing people.
