ABOUT THE TASK
We are looking for volunteer service hosts for area P, which consists of the following camping types:
Settle’n Share: A community area where the audience has applied in advance and been approved to stay in this area.
Get A Place (GAP South): A special camping product where the audience has paid for an area and is assigned one or more camping fields for their camp. The area is reserved until Sunday, June 29th, at 16:00. After that, the camping area will be opened for the rest of the festival audience, who can use the unused areas.
Get A Late Spot: A brand new concept at Roskilde Festival in 2025 for those who want to camp in an area where they are guaranteed a spot for their tent, even if they arrive close to the last days of the festival.
As a service host, you will help ensure a friendly and festive atmosphere at the festival. This includes tasks such as guiding campers to their spots, patrolling the camping area, assisting the audience (either in the camping area or at the Skyliner), keeping toilets functional (we assist the toilet team in maintaining the toilets, but we do not handle thorough cleaning), facilitating waste sorting, and generally talking to the audience about topics like behavior and maintaining a good festival vibe – Orange is a feeling...
Your volunteer effort will consist of 4 shifts of 8 hours each between June 28th and July 6th, including at least one night shift and one shift during the "Final Days". This means you will have two shifts before and after the internal site opens on Wednesday afternoon, July 2nd. You can apply with friends, and we will do our best to accommodate any requests to have shifts together.

ABOUT US
Every year, hundreds of people from all over Europe come to Roskilde Festival to collect refundable bottles ("pant") to make a living for themselves and their families. They are an important part of Roskilde Festival because they help clean up and recycle the pant from all the other festival guests. Every year, new refund collectors come to the festival, and many of them are unaware of the festival's rules and do not speak either Danish or English.
We are a social project called Responsible Refund by Roskilde Festival – and we are aiming to support and celebrate the refund collectors both while they are out on the ground working and when they are taking a break in our Lounge called The Big Chill. To guide the bottle collectors and keep the Refunders' Lounge running, we need engaged, sociable and open-minded volunteers. So come and help us create a good experience for the refund collectors - and no, you will not be counting or collecting refund at the festival. :)

ABOUT THE TASK
As service hosts in Volunteer Camping, our primary job is to patrol the camping area and ensure that it remains neat, quiet and a pleasant place to be. This includes ensuring that tents are placed correctly, that people are not too noisy and that everything remains clean. Volunteer Camping is the cleanest and quietest of all the camping areas at the festival, because it must be possible for volunteers to rest and sleep during the festival. In addition, we also want to be visible and accessible to people in the camping area, so that we can ensure “the orange feeling” and a good atmosphere.
You are able to take your own shifts through Planday, so you can work with you friends easily if you take shifts together. The only requirement here is that we ask of you to take to take at least one shift during the music days (02.07 - 05.07), at least one night shift (21.06 - 08.07) and 2 other shifts anywhere while we are there in the period of 21.06 - 08.07. Since we are there 2 weeks before the festival, as well as a few days after, you can take shifts before or after the festival, to have more time to enjoy the music!
ACCESSIBILITY

ABOUT YOU
While the position is not very physically demanding, it will require you to walk in your sectors and be visible to all the other volunteers staying at the area. It is required to be service minded and be willing to talk to the guests. Your primary tasks are answering questions, so you just have to know where to direct them, primarily to your supervisors over the radio.
Breaks are provided for all shifts, short and longer ones to have some lunch or dinner at our very own MS volunteer lounge.
ABOUT US
Your participation with us will not only provide an amazing experience for all of the other festival volunteers, who make Roskilde festival possible, but also support a great cause. For each volunteer, Mellemfolkeligt Samvirke receives donations from Roskilde festival, which will be used for a youth led project to support activists in difficult situations. Meaning if you volunteer with us, you are participating in saving lives and supporting the fight for human rights. Read more about it here: https://www.globalplatforms.org/move
Additionally, for each of your shifts you will receive a meal voucher, that you can use at most stands at the festival once it starts on the 28th of June. You will also get access to the MS volunteer lounge, with fridges, kettles and some snacks for your shifts and after. ABOUT US
Holbæk Taekwondo Club is a 50-year-old association practicing the Korean martial art of Taekwondo. We value an inclusive community with space for everyone and attend Roskilde Festival to raise money for the club and have some really fun days together.
We focus on creating a strong sense of community with a good atmosphere and include new volunteers in the group. In addition to the festival’s many offerings for volunteers, we have our own cozy backstage area. Here, you can have breakfast every morning, starting the day in good company. Our volunteer tent is also a meeting place throughout the days when you need a break in a familiar spot.
Community and festival atmosphere
For us, it's not just about the tasks – it’s about the community and the chance to enjoy the music together. We make sure to organize social events, eat together, or enjoy the festival’s concerts in each other’s company. As a volunteer, you will become part of the special Roskilde spirit, where there’s always room for laughter, relaxation, and good conversations.

ABOUT YOU
At the gates, we interact a lot with both other volunteers and general festival participants. Therefore, it is important that you are outgoing, smiling, and social. We contribute to making the festival experience great for both groups. For this reason, it is essential that we have engaged volunteers who help spread a positive atmosphere and do their best to fulfill the task.
ABOUT US
The GRØN association is dedicated to creating a solid foundation for young people in Holbæk Municipality, so they are well-prepared to step into adult life with positive conditions and opportunities. The association strives to support young people with economic and social challenges through voluntary community work, focusing on initiatives within the festival context. Ultimately, we aim to connect young people with opportunities, resources, and organizations in the broader society that can help them realize their potential.
In our base, our community is central, and we strive to organize events that bring the volunteers together and give them a great experience at the festival. This could be going to concerts together, playing bingo with different prizes, or something completely different.
We ensure that we are present for our volunteers, and you are always welcome to talk to us and hang out with us.
You will have full access to the festival, food during your shift, the opportunity to charge your phone at basecamp, and access to Volunteer Village.

ABOUT THE TASK
Come and join this year's party, as a service host in traffic north.
Our primary tasks take place on the roads just north of the festival, around the main entrance to the festival site (Darupvej & Maglegårdsvej). We ensure that only vehicles with the correct permits and wristbands are allowed through our gates and locks. We check wristbands on pedestrians and cyclists at the entrances to the festival. It is both volunteers, festival workers and general guests who come through our entrances. It is primarily a check of wristband, no search. We help those who do not have the right permits with directions on where to go to get them.
What do we expect?
You must take 4 shifts of 8 hours each. You choose the shifts yourself, but must be chosen as a complete package. We will open for shift selection as soon as we know how many volunteers we need and the shift plan is in place.
ACCESSIBILITY
Our team offers following accessibility
- We offer tasks that are not physically demanding.
- We offer tasks that take place at a leisurely pace.
- We offer the possibility of being called with questions about the volunteer role before the festival, if you send us your phone number in an email.
ABOUT YOU
You will of course arrive on time, preferably a little earlier, and you must not be under the influence. You always answer with a smile. Although we control permissions and bands, we are still a service function.
We will meet all kinds of people and we will smile at everyone and be positive. If help is needed, contact your immediate manager.
ABOUT US
HG/Næstved Dragons is a floorball club in Næstved. We are around 100 members with an approximate 50/50 distribution between senior and youth. Everything we earn at the festival goes entirely to the association's operation and activities, to the delight of a lot of active young people. However, we have a goal that around 1/3 of the profit should come from our volunteers at the festival in the form of good food and a tent for fun and cheap beer etc.
You become part of a team and a community. We lift together, even if the party from yesterday is hammering through our heads and the weather is against us. We always take on challenges with a smile and a pint of beer when we're done (maybe more). We are happy to go the extra mile for our volunteers as long as the respect is mutual.
We offer:
1. Own base area with sofas, games, party, lots of fun and the festival's best draft beer!
2. Free breakfast every day 6:00 – 11:00 regardless of whether you are on duty or not.
3. And of course you get meals when you are on duty.

ABOUT THE TASK
This year, our volunteers will take on the roles of camping hosts, service hosts, and team leaders (supervisors).
As a volunteer, you will walk around the camping area and assist festival guests in settling in, together with 3-4 other volunteers – maybe even your friends if you sign up together.
Volunteers work in teams of 4-5 people.
As a volunteer with us, you will have a total of 4 shifts, with 1-2 shifts during the music days. Everyone over 18 must take at least one night shift. We can arrange your schedule to fit around any other work commitments.
The role includes directing participants to their reserved or available camping spots, answering questions about the festival and camping area, encouraging sustainable behavior, guiding waste management, and keeping an eye on high-voltage power lines and toilets. This includes refilling toilet paper, replacing hygiene bags, and sweeping paper off the floor if needed. It does not involve full cleaning. You should also be able to call for assistance if necessary.
ACCESSIBILITY
Our team offers:
- Tasks that are not physically demanding
- The option to receive a call before the festival if you have questions about the volunteer role. Send us your phone number by email
- A social environment without alcohol in our backstage area
ABOUT YOU
You should be service-minded and enjoy interacting with festival guests. You must be able to stand and walk around for long periods.
ABOUT US
We are from the Roskilde Girls' Football Association, an established football club for girls. By volunteering with us, you support the club’s efforts to provide opportunities for girls to develop and strengthen their team spirit.

ABOUT THE TASK
The task is simple and outdoors. You will monitor the toilet trailers at the Eos and Gaia stages, ensure there is toilet paper, change waste bags, clean around the toilets, refill soap at the sinks, and take out the trash. The task is not physically demanding. This means that as long as everything is running smoothly at our toilet trailers, you can easily step away from the trailers for a while or relax in the area, even while on shift.
