This week, members of the Roskilde Festival Charity Society met for their annual general meeting to look back on the past festival season.
Here, they approved an account that showed that Roskilde Festival 2024 resulted in a financial surplus of 13.5 million Danish Kroner which will be donated in full to charitable purposes.
The members also looked back on the many donations that the Roskilde Festival Charity Society has allocated throughout 2024. The recipients include associations and organizations that bring young people together in active communities and create hope through action. Here are three of them:

The association is run by young people and works for a healthier marine environment.

ASKOVFONDEN
The foundation has received support for the project UngeAkademiet, a community for vulnerable young people with training in project management and production of cultural events.
DKK 500,000
HUMAN RIGHTS FOUNDATION
The organization supports artists critical of the system and the fight for global, artistic freedom.
