The instalments are charged automatically to your payment card. The first payment is charged on 30 November 2026 and the final payment on 31 March 2027.

Yes. Your full festival ticket for RF27 is reserved as soon as you sign up for Smart Ticket. Once all five instalments have been paid,

Tickster will send you your ticket. You will receive it during April 2027.

No. Smart Ticket is not a loan or credit agreement. You reserve a ticket and pay the ticket price in instalments. If you cancel before the deadline, the instalments you have already paid will be refunded.

You must have a bank account in Denmark, Sweden or Norway. This means Smart Ticket is not available to everyone travelling to Roskilde Festival from abroad.

You must also be at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, someone aged 18 or over will need to purchase the Smart Ticket for you.

Yes, but you can only buy one Smart Ticket at a time. If you need more than one, they must be purchased separately.

If a payment is declined, you will receive an email with a link to update your payment details. If you do not update them within 14 days, your Smart Ticket will be cancelled and the instalments you have already paid will be refunded. The sign-up fee is non-refundable.
